“FISCOLI” FILTERS FOR PASSION DATING BACK TO 1887

 

For four generations the Roberti Family has been producing Filter Diaphrams for Hydraulic Presses, commonly called “Fiscoli”- These filters are used in the process of pressing olives in order to produce Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.

 This particular activity was born from the passion that Angelo Roberti had for producing Olive Oil of the highest quality. Angelo lived in Saludecio, a small town situated in the soft rolling hills that surround Rimini on the Adriatic coastline of northern Italy, at the end of the 1800’s. He began weaving the first “fiscoli” or filters using string or cord made from cocoanut fibres.

 Since then the experience gained over the years by the first Master “Fiscolaio” (Master Filter Weaver) has been passed down uninterrupted from father to son, until now. Roberto Roberti, today head of the company , whilst still tied to his ancestor’s traditions, thanks to new technology, is constantly improving his products.

• Valid only in Italy:- Collection of Used Filters for disposal into special containers.

  

The Company produces filters with diametres ranging from 2cm to 100cm, with hole-size as requested.
